Withdraw a debt from Ophelos. This operation allows you to withdraw a debt from Ophelos. Once a debt is withdrawn, it will no longer be managed by Ophelos.
If the customer has not been contacted yet, the debt will be deleted from the system. If the customer has been contacted, the debt will be marked as withdrawn and the customer will be notified.
If the debt is already closed with a final closure code (for example PIF after being paid in full, or PE after process exhausted), this operation is a no-op: the existing closure code is preserved and the debt is returned in its current state. Trigger resume first if the debt needs to be reworked before being withdrawn.
