Transferring accurate, up-to-date information from organisations to Ophelos is key for our operations

This helps to update our platform quickly and accurately. Uploading information is done via the following files:

Placements - New accounts being passed to Ophelos
Transactions - Changes to the balance on an account e.g. payment direct to client
Arrangements - Notifications on arrangements set up with the client (if required)
Closures - Confirmation that an account should be closed and return to the client

Transferring information through these files leaves the manual channels open for resolving disputes and other unique customer circumstances

Uploading location

You will have agreed with your Ophelos contact the best methodology for uploading placements and updates.
